Shake well before using. On a wet coat, lather your pet thoroughly with a few good palm-fulls of earthbath pet shampoo. Remember to eliminate all escape routes well in advance (a tip: once your pet is slippery wet, he or she is suddenly smarter and faster than you are). Work lather from head to tail, paying special attention to irritated areas. Keep out of eyes. Leave on for at least 90 seconds to allow oatmeal and organic aloe vera to work their magic. May be diluted ten parts water to one part shampoo if desired.
Flush eyes with water if contact occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Questions
Can this shampoo kill fleas?
- Yes. Fleas are killed by shampoo of any type. You do not need to purchase a "flea shampoo" with pesticides in it to kill fleas. However, after shampooing, new fleas can still hatch. If your dog has fleas, the best solution is to get a prescription oral flea treatment that will kill both fleas and eggs and prevent the possibility of re-infestation.

I have very hard water and I just got a coton puppy will it lather ?
- Thank you for your inquiry. Our shampoos are soap free so they are low sudsing when used as we use plant based cleansers. It should not be an issue when using our shampoos and conditioners with hard water.

Is this product safe for the eyes? No-tear formula?
- Thank you for your inquiry. Our earthbath Oatmeal and Aloe Vanilla & Almond shampoo is not a tear free formula. Although our products are made with natural, non toxic ingredients, please use caution when washing around the eyes and face as it is a sensitive area.

Not only will this help my dog's dry skin, but will it help with his scent? He is a rescue dog and the shampoo I have isn't removing his smell he has to him.
- This shampoo has a nice vanilla almond scent, but it is not overly strong. It’s the only shampoo & conditioner I use as it also helps with dry skin.

do you have to use the conditioner to see reduction to itchy, flaky sensitive skin? how many uses before results?
- Thank you for your inquiry. You do not have to use the earthbath Oatmeal and Aloe Conditioner to see reduction, although for best results, it is recommended to use our conditioner in conjunction with our Oatmeal and Aloe shampoo. As both products have Colloidal Oatmeal as the main ingredient, it will certainly help with reducing itchy, flaky skin. We have had customers experience in reduction of itchy, flaky skin between 1 to 3 uses, depending on the skin and coat, and the severity of the issue.

How many washes does one bottle of this shampoo usually last for?
- Thank you for your inquiry. It would depend on the frequency of use, size of your pet, and how much you use during the wash to determine how long the product will last.

- Thank you for your inquiry. You can use all of our products for pets 6 weeks and older.

Can I use this on myself, a human woman? I’m having just the most horrible reactions to everything on my scalp and I need something soothing and natural and this seems to be my closest bet under $10
- I've used it on myself in a pinch. I don't have any particular reactions to anything, though.

I'm planning to use this on my dog (about chocolate lab size with a dense coat) to help with her itchy skin. I've read around that some shampoos need to be diluted so that they are easier to rinse off and I was wondering if that is the case here.
- I have a golden retriever and it works great for him. I don't dilute this shampoo..it's runny, goes on and comes of easy.

Aloe vera is considered toxic. I have an itchy cat who I would like to use the shampoo on, but I know she will lick herself afterward. This is considered non-toxic despite having aloe?
- Thank you for your inquiry. The gel part of the aloe plant ( which is what we use) is non-toxic, where as the outside of the aloe plant is toxic if ingested. We use a minimal amount of aloe as part of our ingredients so it is beneficial and not toxic to the pets' skin and coat.
