Unable to open to refill
I and a couple of friends tried to open it, to no avail. There seems to be no option but to throw it away. I reviewed the video on how to open it. Looks simple enough but it must have, somehow, locked from the inside.

great but hard to get dispenser to open
i have two of them and have the same problem with both.. it is extremely hard to open in to put in new bags. it takes everything i have to untwist them. i have to put on rubber gloves to help my grip. the good part is i can hang multiple used bags off the side and not carry them in one of my hands.

Locked shut and will not open / only used it a few times. Trying to use a knife to get it open with no luck

Not a fan
I had the 2.0 version but the strap broke so I bought this one and I found it frustating to load, bags wouldn't pull out easily and sometimes it would just fall apart or not click together at all. Would like the prior version so hunting for any of those.

I like the option hook for over pants and a loop for over belt . Haven't used it yet but like the earth friendly bags that came with it. I try to get those all the time

Is this thing made out of silicone rubber or is it rigid plastic? Can a standard roll of doggy bags fit in it or is it limited to the ones that come with it that have only 15 bags per roll?
- Our new dispenser is made from #5 plastic and the handle is silicone! Any roll of bags that measure 6cm long and 3.5 cm thick can fit into our dispenser!
