Bought these in store, this is my experience, yours may vary I highly suggest looking thoroughly to make sure you get a cup with as many live roaches as possible. I looked through about 6 before getting one that had only a couple dead. Other cups were looking close to half dead. I feel like the stores should be misting the tops of the containers at least every other day, as these are high humidity creatures, and will dry up and die. I get that feeder insects aren't high on the list of things to do, but it would only be a minute to spritz them, and would help both making sure feeders are in good shape for being consumed by pets, and would help cut financial loses of them drying and dying.

Bugs were loose in a normal priority mailer box. No indicator that bugs were in the package. No ventilation. No container. I also waited a week for them, even though I paid for the next day shipping.

The roaches were sent in a FedEx shipping box with a heat pad and food. The package was damaged and only had about 10 live roaches.

I can’t give a review on the roaches because shipping keeps getting delayed so I still don’t have them. Last time I ordered bugs from Petco they were also delayed and the hornworms were dead when they finally arrived. ( I did get refunded.) Roaches are more durable so hopefully when they do arrive they’ll still be alive. Bummer because my lizard is really hungry.

Twice they arrived the small size. I requested refund which was received, but the replacement order was also small. The first order was medium so we know the difference. Just not ordering again.

I wouldn't really know how to rate these since THEY STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED!!! I paid for expedited shipping to have them overnighted and it's been a week and they still haven't arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times because I never received an order confirmation with tracking information. Every time a representative got on the chat, they gave me the run around and I later found out that they never even shipped when they were supposed to. I already had to close out my account with Petco a few weeks ago because someone was able to somehow hack into it. I will never be purchasing from Petco again.
