Bugs were loose in a normal priority mailer box. No indicator that bugs were in the package. No ventilation. No container. I also waited a week for them, even though I paid for the next day shipping.

The roaches were sent in a FedEx shipping box with a heat pad and food. The package was damaged and only had about 10 live roaches.

I can’t give a review on the roaches because shipping keeps getting delayed so I still don’t have them. Last time I ordered bugs from Petco they were also delayed and the hornworms were dead when they finally arrived. ( I did get refunded.) Roaches are more durable so hopefully when they do arrive they’ll still be alive. Bummer because my lizard is really hungry.

Twice they arrived the small size. I requested refund which was received, but the replacement order was also small. The first order was medium so we know the difference. Just not ordering again.

I wouldn't really know how to rate these since THEY STILL HAVEN'T ARRIVED!!! I paid for expedited shipping to have them overnighted and it's been a week and they still haven't arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times because I never received an order confirmation with tracking information. Every time a representative got on the chat, they gave me the run around and I later found out that they never even shipped when they were supposed to. I already had to close out my account with Petco a few weeks ago because someone was able to somehow hack into it. I will never be purchasing from Petco again.

Do we get to choose the size?. I don't see that anywhere, as I have a juvenile beardie and he can eat medium size now.
