I have a 13 year old indoor cat with very sensitive skin. She is prone to skin infections regularly. When she uses litter box, sand gets stuck in between her back toes and she gets infection at that spot with swelling and redness. Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
I have 2 older kitties. One is 18, has had 2 strokes over the summer and he is blind. He has issues with his balance now and with getting in and out of the litter box, therefore when he gets in the litter box he tends to pee right there, then immediately turns around and gets his paws in it and it clumps in his paws. I constantly scoop after both cats because of this, but it is an issue for him when no one is here to clean it off right away, and it hardens in his paws, what pellet can we use?
