We bought this mat about a month ago because we are living in an apartment temporarily and we didn't want to risk damaging the floor with water spillage. It claimed to hold 5x its weight in water and keep moisture off the floor. It does neither!

This mat is practical. Is wide and the pieces of my doggie's hard food stays on it instead of it being all over the tile floor which is what happens every time my beagle eats. His name and the colors on the mat makes it more special. Easy to clean and wash.
