I have a messy male who enjoys tossing litter out of the box. I use 2 mats to allow them to walk on both mats before exiting the bathroom and 99% of the litter stays on the mat. I have tried towels, different types of throw rugs and nothing worked. The mats have been washed twice in gentle cycle with clothes (not towels) to not pick up lint and they came out great with no rips or tears. So glad I found a product that actually works.

This mat is soft and my cats don't mind stepping on it at all. It also keeps the cat litter from getting all over the floor. HOWEVER, it is paper thin, made of some very thin foam-rubber type of material, and will NEVER survive a round in the washing machine. As soon as one of the cats steps on it with an accidentally messy paw, it's trashed.

Absolutely love it! 'Purrfect' size! Adorable paw print design. So sweet that it's personalized. Litter does not get caught up in material as in his previous mat. So easy to clean.
