Drinkwell 360 Multi Pet Water Fountain
Ordered this fountain because I have multiple cats who sometimes want a drink of water at the same time. This fountain accommodates them and the stainless steel stays more sanitary during multi cat use.

My cats love this fountain
They drink water from it at least 10 times a day. No more dehydration, and it is a great way to help prevent UTIs, which are common in cats. Thank you!

Amazing and perfect fit
We have had ours for about 4 years now and we love it. We have 4 cats and 1 dog that love the flow of the water and being able to drink from the fountain stream. In our opinion it has been phenomenal and held up so well. We clean it once a week every week and have never had an issue. (Pro tip wait till it's low and then pick it up to clean it, makes life so much easier) the only thing that has broke was the filter housing cap, but that was only a month ago and was because something fell on it. We are still using it, we just can't use the flow control cap like we were able too. But that was user error and we have had it for like 4 years now. Anytime any furry friends visit that is there one stop shop is to use the water fountain. So overall even if one animal doesn't drink from the stream of the fountain, they like it for the flow of water over a water bowl. Definitely recommend buying and with large animals or multiple animals just get this one.

This is my 2nd of this fountain. Cats love it !! Easy to clean. 1st one was bought in 2017. And still works.

We are using the Stainless Steel Drinkwell 360 for about 3 months and cleaning it every week and changing filter every other week. A day after the last cleaning we noticed clear bubbles in the bowl on the water surface. Is this normal? How can we fix?
- Maybe there's a little soap from your last cleaning? Rinse it thoroughly.

Is this weighted down? My cat loves to tip over her water. She has managed to topple heavy pots, so I need something that she can't budge.

I need to buy a new pump this one has stopped working i have tried everything to get it to work I take it apart and clean it daily and fill with fresh water so I know it doesn't need to be cleaned that its definitely pump.

- I don’t have the part number. I had to contact them for a part (didn’t have the number). Called customer service they will be able to help me without a part number. The number is 800-732-267.

It says it is 9" tall, how wide across is it? Are the plastic parts BPA free?

Where can the replacement pumps be ordered. I can't see buying a new fountain because the pump died (we've had it for more than 4 years).

I currently have the Drinkwell 360" in plastic will the filters fit the stainless steel fountain?
