Loved the old original Drinkwell fountain. The stainless steel version is worth the price! Holds a full gallon and is a breeze to clean. My six dogs love it!

We have had ours for about 4 years now and we love it. We have 4 cats and 1 dog that love the flow of the water and being able to drink from the fountain stream. In our opinion it has been phenomenal and held up so well. We clean it once a week every week and have never had an issue. (Pro tip wait till it's low and then pick it up to clean it, makes life so much easier) the only thing that has broke was the filter housing cap, but that was only a month ago and was because something fell on it. We are still using it, we just can't use the flow control cap like we were able too. But that was user error and we have had it for like 4 years now. Anytime any furry friends visit that is there one stop shop is to use the water fountain. So overall even if one animal doesn't drink from the stream of the fountain, they like it for the flow of water over a water bowl. Definitely recommend buying and with large animals or multiple animals just get this one.

Messed up a great product

How do you mess up a great product? The motor is no longer stationary, so aligning with the filter is a crapshoot. The bowl must be shallower than the plastic version, because the water splashes all over the floor. The plastic locking mechanisms on the sides feel Like they will snap in half at the slightest provacstiom. And the stainless is LOUD.

I like having a stainless steel water fountain for my babies but I wish they would have kept the design like that plastic 360 design. I don’t care for clips to hold spout in place it’s not easy to take off also build up under clips happens within a couple days also the the sponge that goes around water pump is so tiny insignificant I had to use the one from my plastic fountain. Very cheaply made for price but needed stainless one.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We are using the Stainless Steel Drinkwell 360 for about 3 months and cleaning it every week and changing filter every other week.  A day after the last cleaning we noticed clear bubbles in the bowl on the water surface.  Is this normal?  How can we fix?

I need to buy a new pump this one has stopped working i have tried everything to get it to work I take it apart and clean it daily and fill with fresh water so I know it doesn't need to be cleaned that its definitely pump.

It says it is 9" tall, how wide across is it? Are the plastic parts BPA free?

Where can the replacement pumps be ordered. I can't see buying a new fountain because the pump died (we've had it for more than 4 years).
