Should I purchase a water fountain for my dog? She does drink on her own several times a day. But that sounds like a good idea. Does it really encourage them to drink more water? Is it easy to clean? I currently like to wash my dogs water bowl daily with warm water and soap. Would this be doable with a water fountain? thanks!
What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
My cat refuses to drink from his automatic water fountain and is only interested in the toilet
She prefers to drink water from anywhere else but her own bowl even after cleaning and replacing it. Any advice? Thanks
I bought a water fountain for my dog but she doesn’t seem to realize it’s ok to drink from it. She seems to me slight afraid of it. What can I do?
So my puppy River loves to stand in her water bowl when she drinks and also loves to purposely dump it over. We have a very large water bowl because we have four dogs so when she knocks it over it basically floods my kitchen. What can I do or use to keep her from standing in or knocking her water bowl over?
My 3 year old neutered great Dane doesn't know when to stop eating or drinking. He got into a bag of food a while ago and he was so fat he looked pregnant. We took him to get treated to reduce chance of bloat. With the hot weather I wanted to put a water dispensing bowl for him and my labrador. I'm concerned that he'd drink all the water. Is there something I can do to teach him not to do that. He's been this way since a puppy. He eats and drinks away from the others.
My 7 week old kitten is drinking a lot of water. Should they be limited on the amount they drink? Thanks Rhonda
Is it safe for puppies to drink Perrier?
My 4 month old puppy is being treated for Giardia. He is eating fine but stopped drinking from his water bowl. I used another bowl and he drank from it once or twice last night, but this AM he sniffs around the bowl, the bowl & water but won’t drink. I put some chicken broth in the water which worked at first but he’s back to nit drinking again. I have 2 bowls set out for him - one metal and one ceramic. How can I get him back to drinking? I’ve been using filtered water & tried bottled water.
I bought my cats a bigger water dish that refills itself. It seems like they are drinking WAY more water and peeing a lot more. Their behavior hasn't changed at all and they don't seem to be in any pain, but I googled this and it said it could be a kidney issue. Should I be worried about this?
Hello, A couple of days ago, i began to see my cat pawing at her water bowl instead of drinking from it. What concerns me is that i’m not sure when this habit started, i am afraid she hasn’t been drinking enought water as she’s supposed to. I suspect she has diarrhea, because when she’d do her business in the litter box i’d see wet poop stains on the carpet. I have currently bought a water fountain, if that changes anything. Is there another way i can ensure my cat is drinking enough water?
