The Dojo Loach scavenges the bottom of the aquarium looking for leftover food. The Dojo Loach is considered a "scale-less fish," which means they can be more susceptible to diseases like Ich. Slower acclimation and pristine water conditions will help reduce the chance of diseases. They have an elongated body and barbels that they use to scavenge. Provide an environment with lots of caves and hiding places for this loach to sleep in. Adding this loach to an aquarium with sandy substrate or fine gravel with plants will help mimic their natural environment. Be aware they may uproot plants when they are on the hunt for food. For continued health, feed this loach a mix of frozen Bloodworms and high-quality sinking pellets.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

My golden dojo loach (fish) accidentally swallowed one of my smaller fish, he is choking and I don’t know what to do there is no fish vet near me please help what do I do
Recently one of my Dojo Loaches have developed a weird issue with its eyes. I have 3 others who are doing completely fine. My water parameters are based around what they need and the temp too. I did a water change as well to see if that would help but havent seen any progress and I believe it is getting worse. I'm going to quarantine it for now. What could be this be? I'm struggleing to find a specific answer for this. I attached pictures of the sick loach and one of my healthy ones.
I have to young koi and a common goldfish together in a tank and I often times find them flashing against the substrate. I can’t seem to find any signs of ich either. Why do they do this or what are possible reasons as to why they do this?
I have a 26 gallon tank which have 1 adult Texas fish, 3 adult silver sharks and 2 small 3'' tiger Oscars. I have brought another tank of about 10 gallons which have only 1 loach in it. How can I arrange the fishes in between two tanks so that all can live without any problem.. kindly assist me. Thanking you, SRIJIT GHOSH
Hello, all my koi fish are becoming sick. They're demonstrating a behavior called flashing. No, they don't have visible parasites like anchor worm or fish lice so it had to a disease. Their fins are also getting torn up. They die from slowly becoming more and more inactive. Do you have any products that can help fight against this.
Can leech enter into dogs ear?
We just tranferred Joey from a 40 Gallon Tank to a new 90+ Gallon Terrain... He seemed to be pretty happy till today. We noticed right before we changed tanks that he had some dark coloration on his left side and tip of his tail.. He was shedding at the time so we figured it was part of it.. It has yet to go away, and today he seems VERY active, mostly attempting to climb the glass of the tank. I have attached a photo, Thank You in advance! ~Robert~
I have 2.5 gallon bowl ...which fish breed can i kept in it
Betta fish has ick near its eye
Hi, In my tank I have 2 danios, 1 ghost catfish, 2 mollies, 2 tetras, and one baby ballon belly Mollie. One of my Danios constantly chases the other. I can't tell if they are playing or fighting, because they aren't hurt in any way, but the one getting chased is constantly hiding. One of my tetras has picked up similar behavior. The danio that is chasing the other is significantly bigger than the smaller one. Plz help, thanks
what kind of fish are these? and would they be good with a male betta
Can you diagnose a guarana? He has started swimming near the center of the tank in a jerky motion.
