Design flaws for small dogs

This is the worst dog collar I have ever purchased. It is completely mis sized for small dogs since the width of the collar is better suited for large dogs. The fabric also came frayed so quality control is poor. I'm also a lil angry in this review because the owner of the business refused to put my review on her website instead of acknowledging her design flaw. Small dog owners beware this scammy company.

I have two of these collars for my one year old German Shepard and we love them!! They fit well and look brand new after washing, even when she’s been playing in the mud with her Golden Retriever cousin! We have a matching leash as well, and I am 100% satisfied with all three purchases. Highly recommend!!
