Questions
Would the small size also work to keep groundhogs from digging under the skirting around my front porch?
- We work with numerous pest control companies and they actually prefer the XL model for those situations. It provides deeper protection for more aggressive diggers.

for keeping out coyotes and raccoons, what depth should be used?
- Thanks for asking, for those situations pest control companies prefer the XL model. It's the maximum protection model with 15" in depth.

Can this be cut if it to fit fence length? Not depth of spikes. Thank you? What tools would be needed?
- Possibly. You would need a heavy duty tin or metal cutting shears

Will this fence keep rabbits from digging under our wooden privacy fence and coming into our yard?
- No

My dogs keep getting out under the rv gate. Do you have anything for that. But still able to open the gate when needed
- The defence animal barrier could probably work, but you'd have to work it into the ground far enough down so the gate didn't p doesn't catch it. The shorter ones may work for that.

Would this work to keep goundhogs from diging holes to get into our yard?
- I have a groundhog in my backyard and it’s never dug under the fenced area for the dogs.

Our neighbors have a split rail fence with chicken wire, but they just rescued a small dog that can almost get under the chicken wire because it is no longer buried. Our dog is small as well. Is this something that we could use with chicken wire?
- Definitely, just push the spokes through the bottom of the chicken wire to make the connection.

has anyone used the smaller item to secure the ground around their chicken coop to keep predators out?
- Thank you for your question. Yes, our products have been used to protect around and under chicken coops. If you can, connect the units to the coop during installation for best results.

Exactly how many to buy ?i need about 100 feet worth or is it cheaper to get just a new fence?i have 3 medium size dogs beagal and one large dog
- Hello, thank you for your question. Each unit of the Small/Med Animal Barrier will protect 3 feet of fence. We suggest keeping the same distance between units as the distance you have between spikes. On the Small/Med model you have 2" spike spacing. Start the 1st unit 2" away from the fence post install and the 2nd unit 2" away from the first and so on. Using this method, you would need 34 units to complete the 100 feet of fence. A 25 pack and a 10 pack would leave you with extra units. Be sure to view our installation and tips video for best results and to choose the correct model for each situation.

Does it bend?
- Thank you for your question, units are slightly malleable and can bend during installation. This can assist when installing around gravel and tree roots. Be sure to watch all the installation videos for best results. During installation be sure to alternate between spikes when achieving desired depth.
