I started my golden retriever puppy on diamond dog food 10 years ago. I did my research before choosing a dog food. The consensus is to always make sure the first ingredient is meat. At that time, the first ingredient was lamb and the second was brown rice. That’s what I was looking for. Sadie has been eating this food her whole life. About a year ago, we got a golden doodle puppy and put him on the same food. He has had problems with ear infections. The vet asked what we were feeding him, we told her diamond. She suggested that could be contributing to his problem and recommended we switch to purina pro plan. I thought she was being ridiculous because, I had done my research 10 yrs ago and was confident I had my dogs on quality food. I went to the diamond bag to read the ingredients…. I was shocked to see LAMB MEAL, and white rice as the first 2 ingredients. This is not the food I chose for my dog 10 yrs ago. When did this change? How long have I been feeding my dog this lamb meal food? Shame on Diamond for lowering the quality and shame on me for not reading the ingredient list in countless years. I just trusted it was staying the same. After 10 years, you’ve lost a customer. I am now buying purina pro plan as recommended by our vet, with the main ingredient being real lamb. I will make sure to read the ingredient list on every bag from now on.

All of my dogs- a 10 year old Catahoula, an almost 14 year old Bulldog x Beagle, and an almost 2 year old very active Australian Cattle Dog thrive on this food. I cannot recommend a better quality dog food for ease of digestion, glowing coats and lots of energy.

My dog really loves the food and he has been super healthy recently and I can see how it improves his mood. He loves playing frisbee now and always gets super excited for meal time .

My partner and I have fed Diamond Lamb and Rice to ALL our pups! We had our Brandon and Luna until age 14, and they're pitties, only expected to live about 8 or 9 years! We had our Mocha on it too, and she lived to 15! We started our new pup Ozzy on the puppy formula, and now he's on the adult. We LOVE DIAMOND!

My dog was always scratching and getting ear infections. After switching to Diamond Naturals we no longer get ear infections and it will be a year in December since she had a ear infection. Scratching is minimal but we are just getting over our fall season. This was a game changer for her ❤️

My two shih tzus have eaten Diamond Naturals Adult Lamb and Rice since I adopted them two years ago. Their previous owner had them on a chicken formula from another brand and they were constantly scratching and licking. This formula has kept them healthy and strong with their coats looking AMAZING. Never a digestive issue and they love the flavor. I will be a customer for life!
