They send the item in a plastic envelope and products were crushed, one had leaked at least half the medication in the bag. I can't have this happening for medicines my dog needs and will have to go somewhere else. I will pay more for an actual full bottle of medicine!

Petco pharmacy process is ridiculous... I had to mail the script in after doing the online order (Monday)... the NEXT Monday I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because it did not match the item order on the script. (Script abbreviated part of the drug name to Dexamethasone SP instead of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate...). I had the Vet call them to authorize that the item was correct, but Petco told the vet that they needed me to go get another prescription and re-mail it to them... Since the vet said they would just issue the same prescription, I am not wasting more time when they don't have actual medical people fulfilling their scripts. They need a better process to get prescriptions accurately filled on a timely basis... Looks like I have to find another pharmacy so I can get my cat's prescription within a month of trying to order it from Petco...
