I ordered this over a week ago and it is still showing up as “order placed” and hasn’t shipped. Got an AI chat bot that could only tell me I placed an order. Finally got a human who said there is a special team that checks on orders and it will take 48 hours to get back to me (this is the most basic customer service request I can come up with, so no clue why I need a special team). I don’t have the product, Petco has my money, and their customer service is terrible. And shocker, I haven’t heard back from the “special team”.

Love this tank, have had it for about two months now. It is great because it comes with a filter, light, and lid! The only thing I'd improve is the instructions, since they aren't very clear. The leveling mat also comes attached to the aquarium.
