Just received this and I'm SO disappointed! Description photos and photos posted by others show a clean, dark grey background yet mine arrived with 3/4 of background jet black and the remaining area is a smear of cream, navy & grey. There are no black paw prints and it just looks like defective printing that should have been trashed and redone when manufacturing. Very sad since others seem so happy with theirs. I have contacted Petco and I'm hoping vendor will redo and make this right.

It was a definite cute plaque but the material used had imperfections. Otherwise i love it.

I was very pleased with this item. First, it's well made and is perfect for keys, leashes, and harnesses. But being able to personalize it by adding my dog's name made hanging it on the wall that much more enjoyable. Like hanging a picture your kid drew you. Our pets are part of our families, and this is a GREAT way to distinguish them in your home!

This is the second Custom Personalization Item I have purchased. It is 11 inches wide which is ideal for the location by the door for my dogs leashes and harnessess. The leash hanger is well made and having my pet's names on it just makes it perfect !!!
