I need to add cotton to the pillow mat for my dog bed because it’s going flat, can I use any kind of cotton or should I be careful picking one out? She doesn’t chew her beds at all, it’s just going flat. Where can I get cotton for her bed?

I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?
So I have a 3 year old bully pit, he is the sweetest dog ever and he has no problems chewing anything or getting into things... except our mattress. This is the second time he’s dug a hole in a mattress we get he may do it because he sleeps with us every night and it’s instinctual but is there anyway we can get him not to do it? I'm confused in making choices between crate and own personal bed. My both dog and cat are trained to sleep on time and share one crate. They are very discipline at night. Since I bought them their own bed, I'm planning to let them sleep freely on their personal bed but I'm scared, how if in the future they refuse to sleep on time and on crate? Should I maintain with the discipline? Reason I bought personal bed is to make sure my dog sleep on bed which he don't love it. I'm very confused.

I’m at a loss for what else to offer my dog. Because he is in his crate while I’m at work, I keep him out whenever I am home. Including when we go to bed. When we go to bed, I keep him in my bedroom. Lately he has been chewing on so many things that I have on low shelves in my bedroom but like hide away. I keep toys in the bedroom and chews, but he seems to search for things to destroy them. Are there more alternatives than keeping him in his crate at night too? I’ve tried the bitree spray too.
We're pretty sure our male German Shepherd has a hygroma on his left elbow (We have laminate flooring). This site doesn't recommend draining it. We are enroute to purchase a dog bed now.
