My dog just got neutered, and he has his e-collar. I was wondering if I could take off his e-collar and instead put him some clothing to cover the incision and also under the clothing, I could put him a diaper. Or are they any clothing recommendations so my dog can feel more comfortable?

My 4 month old puppy has a really thin soft collar around her neck and she still shuts down when wearing it. Basically she won't even move and just stares. Is there a good method to help her forget the collar?(similar picture attached). When i remove the collar she goes back to playing. What is the best approach to getting my puppy to wear her collar? She’s my first puppy I have no idea whether or not the collar fits properly or not. I can fit two fingers in but the collar rotates and she’s not used to wearing it so she bites at the clip. She wears a vest when we go for walks I just want her to get used to the collar in case + her tags will be on her collar. So far she’s not biting at it 24/7 but when she notices the clip she does.
Bacio eats his hair and then he licks them raw and won't stop. We have tried the cone and the innertube collar,it heals and we take the collar off and he'sback at it again. we also tried the bitter spray and hot sauce and bitter band aids.
