I have a female cat that will pee on things I change. If I put a difference bed spred on the bed in the spare bed room but when I put the regular bed spread back on she is fine with this She just doesn’t like any change in that room is this normal if not what can I do
I recently adopted a cat. Her name is Dana she is 1, initially she covered her poop every time she went but recently she either half way covers it or doesn't cover it at all. Today she did her business right on top of the scooper which was inside the box( and has always been inside the box). I have only had her for a week and the litter brand has no been changed. Hi! I have two cats who I adopted together as kittens, who have ALWAYS peed outside the litterbox (poop inside), on any material on the floor, though we have 2 older cats who go in the boxes. On a whim, I bought weewee pads and placed them where the cats had been going on the floor, and I realized that they must have been fostered as babies with pads (grrrr). I would like to get some area rugs and want to know how to keep them off!
can cats actually be hoarders / kleptos? i know all cats “steal” things like hair ties and whatnot but my cat has hoards of toys, garbage, clothes, shoes, etc under every piece of furniture in my bedroom.every time i move smth i find 10-20 items. i actually see her take toys from her toy basket and stuff from my trashbin and hide them sometimes. she stole a lint roller and hid it under my tv stand for a month until i had to buy a new one. i’ve never had a cat who did this! it’s so strange !
Hello! I took my kitty Mia to the vet about a week ago and she is pregnant! She is also in her 3rd trimester. I think she has been nesting as well, but in my closet. I don’t want her to have her kittens in my closet, I have tried to make beds with food and water and a litter tray by here, but she just won’t take to it. Any suggestions? Thanks! -Liz
