What a disappointment & definitely NOT as pictured
My pups name can hardly be read. The quality of how it was "engraved" is HORRIBLE! The one pictured looks laser engraved - one can read it - the one they sent is so hard to read the letters blend right in with the wood. The last letter has stuff all over it too. Very disappointing and definitely NOT worth what was charged.

Can barely see the engraving
Not as pictured. When I received the item I could barely read the engraving. Not worth it unless you just want to pay the price just for the bone.

Not quite what I expected...
I bought this product along with several others on black Friday for my dog's Christmas presents. Yes, it has four hooks, but it would take 2-3 of them to properly hang just one of my guy's collars. I have a Mastiff and this was meant more for a Yorkie. I would give it to my Dad for his 4lb friend if it wasn't personalized. Speaking of, I know the fee wasn't much, but c'mon. I would have to go over it with a wood marker to make it visible. Definitely not as pictured and because it's a personalized item I can't just return it to a store and am stuck paying to ship it back. Super disappointed.
