Cute but big
I bought this as a gift for my sister's cat and it is too big! It's adorable but I wish it was smaller so it will be much easier to put on him. It does not come with a collar or Velcro. A little disappointed.

Colors are dull and faded. Not at all like pictured - wish I would have just saved my money and bought this somewhere else.
