Decent frame, would just like order status is
Nice frame, it’s not real wood as the picture might lead you to believe but still good quality. My only suggestion for improvement would be that they find a way to be able to provide updates on the order status. Since it’s done through a third-party I didn’t get updates and had to contact Petco more than once. Took approx 10 days to get this customized frame which is reasonable I think.
