Please for advice about the purchase of a dog. Our Bady (labrador retriever) died last month. He was 14 years old. We are very sad, but we decided to get a new dog, labrador too. My husband and I live alone, and we want to get a new puppy Labrador. We have a house on the outskirts and large enclosed backyard. Please consult us where to leave a puppy when we are at work (he/she will be alone almost 9 hours). Should we leave him/she inside of house, or outside?
Where is the best place to train a DOG on a farm?
My dog got a new dog bed how do I get it smell on it to know it's hers just wondering?
Do you know where the closest place where I can get my dog trained, tested, and certified as a INDIVIDUAL therapy dog(used for therapy on me not specifically on others but definitely could be used for for others)? My dog is a big stress reliever for me because I have high-functioning anxiety and I am trying to get him certified as a INDIVIDUAL therapy dog but i can't find a place near that will let me do this. Do you know of any place near and what is the closest place to Bowling Green, KY? thx
Hi, I live in a small apartment and I have a miniature poodle she's a pretty well trained dog, however she likes to lay in between entrances and exits and stretch out making us having to walk slower or go around her to get to where we are going like the hallway, the walk space between the living room and etc. PLEASE have any advice? Thank You and God Bless
What solutions are available for dog travel anxiety
Since our house is being renovated and it's a little stressful for Bella, I thought to take her somewhere to calm down and relax (I.e on small road trip through the town) and also I'd like to get your opinion on CBD for dogs but I'm not sure about that and would like to get some recommendations and advice on what to do. So; any recommendations and advice and tips?
I will be moving to an apartment in a few months, my dogs are 4yrs old and have always lived in a house with a backyard where they can go and run when they ask to. They don't spend much time outside but still have the freedom to go when they want to. One of them is pretty anxious. I would like some tips to prepare for the move and to make sure they have a good transition from house to the apartment.
I have a 8 year old dog . I live at home . My mom has 3 other dogs also . All 4 have grown up together and they are mostly attached to my mom . She is home the most but when I am home my dog is my shadow . I'm now moving out . I love my dog so much I want to take her with but I'm wondering if that a good idea because she's grown up with the other 3 dogs and is mostly around my mom unless I am home .
I’ve recently adopted a dog that was running around my neighborhood. He’s been neutered, he’s well behaved, and he seems to just want love. My concern is the weather. He seems to want to live inside, but that isn’t a possibility in my current situation. Is an insulated dog house, with cedar chips, sufficient to protect him from the elements?
I have a pitbull/bulldog mix that stays outside who is allergic to cedar bedding and pine is there a hypoallergenic bedding for outside animals?
I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?
