a DOG is on the plaque regardless of your pet!
Didn't realize an engraving of any animal (dog or cat or whatever) would be on the plaque and the memorial is for a CAT... I can't give this to my friend now! So be sure to read everything before you order, or at least reviews!! I could kick myself for not being a good consumer...lol... oh well... now I have to order something else!

Incomplete Personalization
I ordered this on 10/8/20. I was told I should receive it on the 16th but I didn't get it until the 23rd. I was disappointed when I opened the package and the years were left off. I called customer service the next day to see how to go about getting it corrected and was told I would get an email from a different department in a couple days and I have yet to hear from anyone. The person I spoke with didn't have anything useful to offer.
No, I do not recommend this product.
