Disappointed
I bought this a year ago and everything was great. I wanted to purchase a matching one for another pet, and I'm extremely disappointed that I cannot. There's a glitch with the personalization. It won't accept the name and progress. I downloaded the app to try it that way. The item in the app has no way to personalize it. I have been trying for 6 months. This issue needs to get fixed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
