This freshwater plant can be grown submerged or emergent. A versatile plant, this species grows easily in a variety of water conditions. This plant does best with slow moving water currents and a rich substrate.

• - Best used as a mid-ground plant, but for small & nano tanks, it can be used as a background plant.
• - Grows easily in a variety of water conditions.
• - As with other Cryptocoryne plants, this plant should not be moved once rooted into the substrate as it will "melt".
