DirectionsWet that puppy all over (giggle a lot so he knows this is fun). Pour shampoo on the back and lather and massage it from back to front (no tickling please). Rinse well and towel dry (now you can tickle). Now, chase that puppy for 10 minutes and then you can both take a nap.

Is it tearless?
- I'm not 100% sure. When I bathe my dog, I try not to get it in his eyes. I have been using this product since he was a puppy (10 weeks old). He's 12 years old now.
