I'm thinking of buying an electric heating mat for my cats. Are they safe to use? Could it burn my cat even on a low setting?
I own twenty-one white cornish cross chickens that are about four weeks old. We have a weather forecast that shows there will be a low of thirty-nine degrees at night this week. Do I need to use a heat lamp? Thank You!
What watt under the tank heater will I need for a Kenyan sand boa? Will it prefer a heat lamp too? If so, what type of bulb?
What watt uth should I use for a ten gal Kenyan sand boa tank? And would it be beneficial to use a heat lamp since my house gets cold? If so what bulb/watt?

How long do chicken eggs take to hatch and how to care for them with out the mother to keep them warm, with out using a heater
This is a question about chick hatchlings. We have Siklie chicks hatching. One just hatched in the coop the hen is using. When is it safe to remove the chick from the coop and place under a heat lamp? We are concerned because temperatures are still dropping down to the 50's where we live and the hen is not making it a priority to lay on the chick.
I just bought a igloo dog house for my two doggies, so they have somewhere to be when it’s cold. My dogs are inside when I’m home but outside when I’m not so while I’m at work they’re outside and it’s been getting really cold lately. Hence to why I bought this dog house, but I had a question, could I put heating blankets inside the dog house? I was looking into a heating box but there really expensive. Would heating blankets keep them warm? if you have any other options please let me know please
I believe my chicken has frostbite, I saw her limping today. I soaked it in warm water with a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide for 15 minutes. I put Neosporin on it and covered it with a sock so she doesn't pick at it. Is there anything else I should be doing?
