Does it radiate heat from both sides of the panel?
- no/just the front. i use it i. the garage where i feed the stray cats. in front of there food in a big box.

Can this be used in attached garage for cats? Need one to heat the inside, partially or complete.
- It gives off radiant heat so it is safe for the cats. It is not meant to heat a room sized area. I suppose if it were partially enclosed like the hut I have for my tortoise then that would work too.

My dog is a pitt and chews everything, how can this be safe for him if it uses electricity, please?
- if the dog chews it or the wiring obviously IT IS NOT SAFE. especially w a breed that is not exactly known to be intelligent.
