I need a dog food recommendation please. My vet recommended organic dog food because my dog scratches alot. So we switched from grain free dry kibble to Organix small breed dry kibble and dog was better. Since my dog seemed bored w/kibble we give him the Organix canned food sometimes along w/the kibble like 1x a week only. We notice Cookie gets foul flatulence w/ canned food. Without he doesn't get gas. I don't know what other canned food I can give him that won't upset his stomach.
I would like to make my chihuahua home made treats using Gerber oatmeal cereal, Beechnut sweet potato and Beechnut chicken. Would that be ok?
I want to get this canned food for my dog as a topper to her dry food. It has shredded chicken along with whole white beans, peas and potatoes. Will she be able to digest this ok because the beans, peas and potatoes are not ground into a pate texture? she's on the dry version of this currently. I also ditched the twelve calorie treats and purchased the smaller 2 calorie treats and I'm only giving her three of those per day. Her total intake of extras is now less than 10% of her diet. :-)
Hey, I wanna make homemade snacks for my pup, because she's allergic to most of the store ones. Is this recipe safe for almost 5 month old GSD puppy? 1 banana, 1/2 cups peanut butter, 1/3 cups chicken stock, 1 cup wheat flour. All baked together. I feed my dogs Pure Balance Trout + Lentils (has probitics) mixed with Purina One Beyond Small Bites Lamb and Rice(has the joint support in it as well so that’s nice!) . Can you take a look at the ingredients? They don’t have any grain allergies as they tolerate Cheerios as their training treats but I liked Pure Balances Ingredients and the Purina One has not as well but they eat the food readily with the better brand and plus has free joint supplement in it. Thank you for your opinions on them
