Killed my healthy cat
Killed my cat. Read reddit before you buy this. My cat had been to the vet the week before because of a behavior issue. They suggested this plug in. In less than 3 days he was vomiting and while waiting for the next vet appointment he died. He suffered apparently from liver damage š š¢ due to this horrible product. Do a natural one not this chemical death trap

HORRIBLE CHEMICAL SMELL / FIRE HAZARD DO NOT BUY!
I just bought this today and have had it plugged in for 4 hours total, it has been upright & plugged in exactly how the directions say to. It smells like chemicals SO bad. I mean it was a horribly nauseating burning chemical smell and started giving me a headache. The outlet had just been replaced by my dad who is a master electromechanical engineer, & builds panel rooms & robots for a living, so I know for a fact it wasn't my outlet. My kitten also started having diarrhea within 30 minutes of having it plugged in & has never experienced that before & hasn't had any diet changes either. This thing SMELLS SO BAD!!! I cannot express that enough. It's supposed to odorless. Oil was also collecting on the bottom of the outside of the diffuser and could have leaked into the outlet below it. This thing is a huge fire hazard. I'm sad because it was working to calm them down. I read someone else's review of this product from chewy and they experienced the exact same thing. When I unplugged it the smell dissipated within a minute so it was definitely coming from the diffuser. I also wanted this to work so bad because the Feliway Optimum is more pricey. It works to calm them sure, but again, it's a FIRE HAZARD and smells like BURNING CHEMICALS!!! It's honestly worth it to just spend the money on a Feliway and to not waste your time and energy on this thing, it's not worth the literal headache you'll get.

Great relaxer for Cats
Before I bought the item, my black cat was acting aggressively towards her sister and their older male cat. After we bought the item, it calmed her down within 2-3 days. She back to being calm, playful, and less stressed.

This did not work for my cats. It had no effect on the 5yo after being confined in a 10'x10' room. She would not stop attacking my 12 yo declawed adoptee. I had three diffusers going in the house.

A great tool to have for pets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats are crazy are so I didnāt notice a huge difference. It made them more relaxed but not super noticeable. Itās a great idea and Iām sure it works with some cats. Mine are just nuts.
