[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] for starters: i have a senior cat that gets extremely restless at night. every night, starting about midnight, he is meowing and jumping up in my face trying to get me to feed him even though he is routinely fed at 5 am each morning. he is not under nor overfed and doesn’t have any health conditions so i can only assume it’s boredom. i’ve been giving him one of these each night to see if it helps him not get so frantic to mixed results. the first time, it seemed to give a couple of extra hours before he started up. every time since, i feel like it hasn’t made much of a difference if at all. he does eat it which is good because he can sometimes be finicky with food, but at that point i could be giving him anything he likes for a similar effect. i keep giving them to him hoping that it will help even just a little like it did the first time, but it doesn’t seem to be something super reliable. giving it more benefit of the doubt that it might work better for other cats since i did notice a slight improvement the first time.
