Chlopheniramine maleate 4mg 1/2 tab twice a day for dachshund is not helping. He has had mucous, sneezes many times in a row. They says it is allergies. Have had erays, lungs are clear. When he is on antibiotics it seems to decrease. Should I try a steroid with a vet? I have basic allergy med in house 180 mg Fexofenadine hydrochloride I could break up into a half a tablet i.e. 70mg. Not sure if I can give him this. What do you recommend?

My vet recommended claritin for my pug's allergies. I had claritin d and I didn't think about it at the time because it said 10 MG. She has been having a reaction all evening, I gave it to her about 24 hours ago, half a pill. She seems like she is slowly starting come out of it, but should I still be worried? I got clavamox drops to give to my dog and they gave me cerenia to help with nausea but I don’t understand the instructions it says (give 1/4 tab by mouth every 12 hours for nausea control until gone) there’s 4 tablets in the box does it mean give her one out of four or to give her oneforth of the one tablet
Hi my dog ate about 7 pills of 10mg Loratidine. Im not sure of the time she ingested it, she somehow was able to get on top of my table. She's half chihuahua and bich-poo, weighs less than 4lbs.
