My cat is still a little finicky about the hard food, but it is all excellent. The value of the monthly package far exceeds the price. She loves the canned food. I appreciate that it has real chunks of meat and clean ingredients. The toy is a hitand the litter will last us well through the month. I love that you guys make it so much more manageable to keep her supplies well stocked. And I love that it's all grain free!

Food and treats are great quality. My cat loves the toy. For that reason, I want to give it 5 stars. However, they forgot to include my coupon for the litter and have had to talk to a couple of the customer service reps to get issues with the coupon and web site resolved.
