Petco made ordering this a nightmare. I spent well over an hour on the phone back and forth with my vet and Petco customer service, who was talking with Petco pharmacy. Honestly, I don't have the energy to recount all the conversations with Petco and how over and over I was told one thing, then another about how they communicated with my vet. At one point I told them my vet had not received their email and asked them what email they used so I could verify it was the correct one and they told me they weren't allowed to tell me the email. What???? I was told they faxed the order but when my vet told me they hadn't received a fax, the new operator said they didn't fax it, they emailed it. And it continued, as I said, for many many calls. Since it had been five days since I had placed my order, and I was leaving town in a few days, I asked, if the order goes through, can I change the shipping and pay for it to be delivered faster. I was told "no, shipping can't be changed once the order is placed". Afterwards I thought, why didn't she offer to cancel the order and place it again with faster shipping? Really really poor customer service.

This med has worked pretty quickly for my dog. He's walking on all 4's again and at his usual gait.

My dog will not eat these. I have to grind them up and mix into her moist food then she will eat it. It does seem to help my senior 12 yr old Golden Retriever get around better.

I was looking to get the pictured Putney Carprofen because it is easy to break into quarters unlike all the other chewable Carprofen I have tried. As others have noted they are sending Carprieve instead of what is pictured. Since it is also easy to break into fourths I am ok with that, but they should really update the picture to what they are actually shipping.
