Seems like a nice gate but it doesn’t contain my cats! I bought this to keep my cats separated from a new puppy so we can slowly introduce them! My cats jumped right over it. I need a taller one. Wasted my money there.

I got it for my kittens but it’s too big for them. They can just walk through it lol. Keeping it until they get bigger. Good for bigger pets.

I wish the latch was different. My dog jumps up to try to get over and if he hits the latch and door just right the door opens. Happens all the time. The good news is that it is large enough that he can’t actually jump over. He’s a 30 lb 4 month old American Bulldog Mix Puppy.

Does the small pet door lock? Also, how far apart are the bars? I have a slender kitty who could potentially get through - or worse, get stuck.

Gate was perfect and works well for my needs. My thin cat cannot get through the bars but can fit thru the mini gate
