Beautiful marine substrate packed with millions of heterotrophic, autotrophic, and chemolithotrophic bacteria. Huge beneficial bacteria population aids in waste reduction and dramatically reduces cycling time in new setups. Use alone or to kick-start existing substrate bed. Arag-Alive is specially egineered to supress "new tank syndrome" and compress the ammonia cycle. It's like having a nitrite and nitrate filter, ammonia reducer, and a high-capacity biological filter for your marine aquarium. Includes Bio-Magnet clarifier to clear water fast and enhance biological efficiency. Arag-Alive marine substrates contain aragonite, a source of calcium, carbonate, and beneficial trace elements to, naturally maintain proper pH without the constant addition of chemicals.

Can you use sand from the beach to add to your freshwater aquarium, if its sanitize?
first of all, thanks for your advice with my african dwarf frogs! after the aquarium salt bath they are doing great and even look more vibrant now! i was wanting to know what substrate would be best in the tank. would sand be okay or would they eat that like the gravel? i have a heavily planted aquarium and need something to keep the plants in place but i dont want my frogs to eat it and have something happen to them. i find conflicting information when i research it online. thanks!
Rust colored algae in both of my 10 gallon tanks after switching from gravel to sand substrate. What can I do?
Currently I am using calcium sand. It doesn’t seem to be effecting Ash at all. Should I continue to use the sand or get something else such as eco earth?
Can Betta fish tank have sand from river?
What type of saltwater fish can I have in a 10 gallon tank
I just purchased Imagitarium Ammonia-Reducing filter media cubes from Petco and there are no instructions for how to use. I have a 5 gallon tank with a submerged Built-in filtration system how many cubes do I use and how do I put them in my filter? Please provide the instructions thank you for your time.
I recently got some hermit crabs. The nearest pet store to me is an hour away so I made a visit to purchase supplies. But I didn't get as much substrate as I needed, unfortunately. I was planning to go and get more when I had the chance. But I believe my largest crab is molting, it's trying to dig underground but there's not yet enough substrate for him to really bury himself yet. I know you should not bother a molting crab, but if I buy more substrate should I put it in there with him or wait
Is this tank big enough/small enough to hold goldfish fry (these fish will not be in it we are just cleaning up there other tank)
Is a 20 gallon tank fine for an 9 month map turtle? Do I need a bigger tank? Thanks!
Hi i have a small 6 parrot fish and 1 bichir in my 10 gallon aquarium this tank is just temporary i will buy a 50 gallon soon because there is no available 50 gallon right now, ok my 6 parrot fish are just fighting each other and stressed because of that and they have change color and Im so worried because i dont want my fish to die so pls i need advice and dont worry about my bichir his fine LOL.
My pet pike cichlid is not eating and is always staying in one corner of the tank. It is in a 20 gallon with 2 convict cichlids, 2 firemouth cichlids, 1 Oscar, and two plecos. My ammonia is 0, nitrate 0 and ph is 6.5. Water is a little tinted because of the driftwood.
