I'm embarrassed to say how many of these I own. It is the perfect dog blanket. We started with one for our camper. Then we got another one for inside. Then I realized they make the best possible covers for my outdoor patio furniture. That might seem like an expensive choice, but when you look at the cost of really good outdoor furniture covers, these are a deal. Plus, they allow my dog to jump up onto the furniture without me fretting. I can wash them easily. I can take them with me when I travel. And the rest of the time they are covering up our patio furniture.

A hundred dollar 5x4 blanket is absolutely insane! Might be different if it would actually cover you but not for a 5x4

I was in one of my local retailers and saw an amazing product that I just had to have. It was a smaller sized blanket with canvas on one side and the flannel Sherpa lining on the other. I thought, this is exactly what I need! See, I'm a firefighter and often we have down time where we sit in our club room and just relax. A throw blanket is a nice thing to have to enjoy the comfort to it's fullest. I was so excited about my new purchase and showed it off to everyone like a kid on Christmas with his new clothes. First couple of days I didn't really have any complaints. Then I started to notice, it wasn't really long enough for a person of average height or above. I started to research to see if there was a larger size but couldn't find anything on these throws other than some blankets made for dogs. I thought, surely not. I went back to the local retailer to look at the packaging as mine had long been discarded. Yes, yes indeed, I had bought a dog blanket for personal use. Now don't get me wrong, I'm still using that blanket to this day. How much of a market are you missing by not making these a little larger for humans?? Anyways, here is my humble request to consider making throw blankets for humans. Maybe with a different material in place of the canvas. Something softer. The sherpa lining side is perfect. Length is 58", not 95.5" as advertised. Carhartt needs a different tape measure. How can you be off this much, Carhartt? Fits a 4' couch not an 8' couch.
