My pet loves this bedding. He digs in it and get a super happy every time we put it in his cage. No dust, which helps with my allergies. Easy clean up and helps with pet odor. Guest can never tell we have animals with how good the bedding hides the animal smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mamma Rab LOVED this nesting bedding. It so soft and was very easy for her to move around to create the perfect little baby area. This bedding has good odor control and is extremely absorbent. I love the white color. This is a great product that I will continue to use. Definitely one that I recommend.

I bought 2 bags of this...if its pillow soft and a "nesting material" why is it rock hard? Both bags .. I tried softening it with my hands and the material is ROCK hard still...

is this bedding good for chinchillas?

Yes, carefresh paper bedding is safe for all small animals including chinchillas. However, as with anything new, be sure to monitor your chinchilla closely when using the bedding for the first time to make sure they are not eating too much of it. There is a potential risk of impaction if they ingest too much of it. Most chinchillas do great with it and it's soft and comfy for their sensitive feet.
