Only we didn't ever expected that the new little kitten would have fleas.Those fleas spread to my dog.After treating with the flea treatment for the dog and getting the cat.Please treat it everything now is great. My 3 large dogs are on PetArmor Plus for their monthly preventive. I also treated my yard twice, but they kept having fleas. My vet suggested PetArmor Capaction to use between the preventive dose. The first time I used it, one of my dogs went crazy scratching and running circles on my bed while crying. Last year I had a dog killed by another brand of monthly preventive that had 3 ingredients to kill all parasites. So this reaction scared me. But after a couple hours she settled down and was fine. She is the one most affected by the fleas and is scratching frequently. Capaction gives her relief, and when she gets relief so do I. Now we both can sleep better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This did not seem to work for my dog. It did not completely get rid of the fleas. It was easy to get my dog to take it but it just didn’t work for us. Would not recommend.

Bought this for my mixed German Shepard he had his cone and was scratching like crazy. Should note this product is only meant to KILL ADULT FLEAS and does not work on stages of when it’s egg, larva, and pupa. It is fast acting to kill but does not prevent fleas. Would recommend this product if you are waiting for a prescription or notice your pet just caught fleas. If you have shampoos, collar and sprays to prevent/kill fleas or any other pesticides this would be additional bonus to kill off adult fleas feeding on your dog. This is only quick fix only last about a day.
