Thank you for giving Pure Real Salmon and Barley a try for your dog. It sounds like what you are describing are kibble fines. Our pet food is made in small batches. The variation in color, size and shape that you may notice from bag to bag can be attributed to the natural key ingredients that we use in our products. We do not use any chemical binders to help form the kibble. To help reduce &#34;crumbs&#34; or &#34;fines&#34;, we use the latest technology to separate them from the kibble before packaging. If you haven’t tried already, you could always try to add some water to the kibble residue and use it as a topper if your pup prefers that.
