LOVE Canada Pooch & have purchased products for years but the cooling vest has a flaw: The strings that go around the hind legs keeping the vest straight on the dog stretched out & started falling apart after a mere 5 uses. . . . . (please see pics) Please correct this because other than that we love this vest!

It was 113°F here yesterday. I use the cool vest every time I would take my Pug out to potty. I would keep her cool scarf on all the time. Our house is air conditioned but the cool scarf just adds to her comfort.
