How big are these? Will they be too big for my juvenile, 2 month old, veiled chameleon?

  1. They're pretty tiny! Our veiled has done perfectly fine and he's a baby, too!

Are these the same as silkworms? Thanks!

  1. Nope. These are different. Silkworms are larger and turn into moths. These are smaller, higher in calcium, lower in fat, and turn into flies.

How many do I feed to my Beardie?

  1. use tonges

can you feed these to a betta fish? I'm considering getting a living food source for my betta.

  1. No they're too big. Try wingless fruit flies or brine shrimp. Also keep an eye out for foods made from black soldier fly larvae

1.Can my  juvenile leopard gecko eat these?  2. Can I feed them to her everyday?

  1. Hi Vonna, fellow leopard gecko owner here. Your gecko can eat these but it’s best to feed mealworms or crickets everyday when they’re young. They definitely could eat these for some variety but not as a staple.

How often do you feed these....one once a day as a suppliment? Also, how long will a container last/live in the refrigerator? '

  1. You can feed these as a staple (similar to crickets, main source of protein) or it can be fed on occasion. Never store in the fridge, they will die! Store in an ideally cool area, the warmer they are, the shorter they last.
