Assembly instructions are terrible. Unable to put together and would not trust it for my parrot if I did. Buyers beware!

Is awesome for smaller birds. I use it for my lovebird and it is big enough for him to move around. I love it so much I bought another for cockatiel I am getting amd planing on one more for my budgies. Price is perfect.

This is an awesome carrier. It was a little difficult to get the panels to snap in but assembly only took about 10 minutes. I am a little concerned about the integrity of the carrying handle though. The clips do not go flush with the acrylic and I'm afraid it may come apart. It looks to have screw holes( no screws included). I'm hoping by adding 2 screws the handle becomes a little more sturdy. Other than that everything looks good. My bird was actually excited to go inside. I also was able hook a food dish up to the back grate. Can't wait to try this out.

Nice cage that houses my conure perfectly for travel. It was a little difficult to assemble but once it’s all done, it’s definitely worth the effort. I kept putting the pieces in the wrong way and it was a pain to disassemble. You should have a flat head screwdriver handy to push in the plastic locking tabs should you assemble it wrong like me. The perch included feels hallow and cheap but you could easily add your own if you don’t like it. The acrylic is very durable but is also prone to surface scratches. The handle needs to be secured by two screws but aren’t included in the kit. I had some extra screws laying around that fit perfectly so no big deal. Despite the little quirks, this cage is pretty cool looking and will make a better travel experience for your bird than a cardboard box. Petco seems to be the only vendor selling this... even if you buy from Amazon.

I really wanted to love this. This is horrible the instructions are not clear. Not much of an instruction at all. The hinges are not aligned. It does not slide at all and you can’t connect it because the measurements are off. Returning this ASAP.

It doesn’t come with any good instructions that you can understand. The instructions is on the back of the box and this is very difficult to put together. If you snap something in a piece where you shouldn’t if you tried to pull it back out it’s going to break. I tried to put it together myself and wasn’t able to and it took three men to figure out the cage and how to put it together. Once it was put together the door doesn’t line up and I have to figure out how to make something so my bird doesn’t get out of the carrier.

This carrier is very study! It was slightly difficult to put together but in a good way - it will never fall apart. We had one of the canvas carriers that zip up but the perch was so low that our cockatiel's tail would get chewed up from rubbing against the floor & wall. This one is bigger and you can pick where the perch goes so the bird could sit higher up. There is plenty of room for the bird, perch, a small ladder and a food/water cup. I kept the carrier on my lap for a 2 hour car ride and both the bird and I were comfortable.

It is just as hard to assemble as the other reviews say- it seems like a gamble on if you have zero issues or if it’s nearly impossible to put together. Probably due to slight manufacturing differences. But once it’s together, it’s a quality product. I just wish it had a way to hang a toy.
