One of internal doors broke and Caitec has no replacement parts for their cages. Beware! Love the cage, but no parts is hard. Don't know what to do.

We were very pleased when the cage arrived. The welds are great as well as the spacing. Putting it together was a breeze and the cage looks amazing. Our Blue and Gold Macaw has already showed interest in it and is climbing all over it. The only thing I don’t like is how easy the feed/main doors come off. Not hard to put back on but I have to train my kids to slow down when opening them.

Beautiful and sturdy cage. We purchased this cage for our African Grey Parrot. He loves exploring it from one end to the other, climbing on inside and out and even upside down. One criticism is that the handles on the grates make it wider than the stated 28” which makes it hard to get through doorways. We roll it into a quiet office each night. If the handles would fold down that would be great. We also purchased two exterior feeders from the manufacturer which expand his space a bit and I believe keep seed dispersal to a minimum on the floor. It’s also beautiful and cleans easily. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cage for any Medium parrot.
