Very poorly made. I've owned other Acrobird playpens and this one was cut so badly that the legs overlapped each other and would not be able to be assembled. I had to return it for refund. Petco was very cooperative and the refund went very smoothly.

The holes were drilled incorrectly, so ladders would not fit. In addition, missing wing nut to mount center column, and 2 of the holes drilled for column perches were larger than the perches, will never stay in place. Called customer service and was told to send pictures so that they could send to their 3rd party vendor, who would decide how to handle it, or option B, just return to store. Either way, my bird is disappointed....reference phone call confirmation number 9854028, from today.

Square that attaches ladders to post was so warped that hubby had to turn it over and drill new hold in order to have it fit. Ladders corners had to be trimmed in order for them to fit on the square, both before and after new holes were drilled. Missing hardware to include: screws to attach the ladders to the square and washers for the nuts. Play pen does not secure to the base; therefore, we've installed velcro so during movement, it doesn't move. Basically if you or hubby is not a master mechanic and a master wood worker, you may not be able to put together and use. Next time, I'll just have hubby build it from scratch.

Plenty of things he can do. We put it on top of his condo cage.

This is so cool! My birds love it!! It fits a ton of my Conures on it. I was afraid it would be to slippery for my one flightless Conure but he navigates it fine.

great product, excellent construction of play gym! The bird cage is awesom!!!! excelent construction for our Macaw.The cage is well made and sturdy. The sale price was wonderful!

I bought this for my green cheek conure. It might be slightly too big for him, but he loves it! Gets used daily.
