Product assembled in China. Poor quality. Holes in bottom not drilled correctly. Other parts not drilled in proper location. Some parts were drilled on the wrong side.

I bought this item a month ago for my pet bird, and he was hanging on the thing for so long, he didn't get off of it at ALL!

My 3 birds, 2 green cheeks and a sun, love this play set. It was fairly simple to put together, especially if I did it by myself. I spruced it up by adding more toys to keep them busy. The best part, all of this fun for an economical price!!

Unfortunately, they do not cut the holes correctly on the base. It just doesn’t match up. Need to send it back. See pic

If you have smaller birds like the cockatiel size you only need the small one, the medium is for much bigger birds like parrots, amazon grey, anything that has bigger feet to get their feet around the bar on the ladders. Small one is a great size. Medium is really big. So definitely think about your bird. Quality is good and I believe will hold up for a long time. Good price for the size!

I bought this Acrobird Playland 3 weeks ago for my 3-year old conure, Mango. It was relatively easy to assemble. At first Mango showed no interest & I thought well, that was a waste of money. But after a week of looking at it he decided to sit on the ladder and the rest is history. I added some of his favorite toys that I hang on the ladder rings with a bread-tie and that keeps him occupied for an hour. I wish the 2 cups were easier to take off & on to clean since you have to do that everyday (you have to unscrew them and with the water dish it gets messy). Overall, Mango is enjoying it more & more as time goes on and I would recommend it to anyone with a conure or bird that size.

I bought this building kit online because it was on sale with free shipping and a holiday coupon. I would expect a kit of this size and quality to come be pre-built for around $150 locally. I felt extremely lucky to find this kit for a fraction of that price at Petco's online holiday sale even with all the bad reviews! The kit is a holiday gift for my autistic son and his baby Sun Conure. My son grew-up on Lego's and anime modeling kits. Hence, this kit was as much of a modeling toy for him as it was a playpen for his baby Sun Conure. My son managed to put together this kit in under 1 hour. He thinks as far as building kits go, this was moderately easy for him. He even added a white cowbell to the end of the hard plastic yellow chain for his baby Sun Conure, Narwhal. The package arrived about a week after ordering online. Narwhal was as excited as his boy to get the package. All the parts were inspected before assembly. Everything was there with a few extra screws and washers. We were expecting very cheap wood and parts because of the negative online reviews but were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the parts. The kit only required a medium sized Phillips screw driver, a medium sized wrench and some wax to lubricate the screws. Unused birthday candles were used to coat the screws as we did not have any crafting paraffin or bees wax. Any type of child safe wax like birthday candles or crayons work as wood screw lubricant. After my son assembled the kit in front of Narwhal, the baby Sun Conure was eager to investigate. Maybe it was the extra touch of love by adding Narwhal's favorite toy (cowbells) to the playpen or maybe it was watching his boy have fun assembling the kit. Narwhal and boy give this kit 5 stars! I give it 5 stars as well because of the ease of clean-up after a Narwhal play session. The bottom of the wooden playpen is coated with an easy to wipe white surface.
