The bottle of shampoo was not closed tightly and 50% of it was in the box. Unfortunately I needed to use the shampoo so did not return it.

I have tried many shampoos but most seem to cause extreme irritation/allergies to my dog’s skin. However, I tried this shampoo and it worked really well! He had no issues with allergies or skin irritations. I like that the shampoo was mild and didn’t leave a strong scent. My dog-shaped sidekick appreciated that as well!

I have a yorkie who has very dry and sensitive skin. I used this a couple times and his skin got even worse. The shampoo made my dogs skin 100% more irritated.

I have a 12 year old 5lbs Yorkie, and as of late, she was experiencing dryness and itching after her baths. It would tend to show the following day. I’ve tried other shampoos (including Burt’s) for itching but the result would be the same. I decided on the hypoallergenic formula and voila; no excessive itching after her bath. It leaves a nice “neutral” scent and soft coat. Only con is that I’d like for it to make a little more of a lather. So far after about 4 different baths, it seems like it’s working just fine.

I was so excited to open the bottle and not smell anything. I don’t want my dog to have a chemical smell every time I wash her and she doesn’t now. I think these ingredients are easier in her skin too. So happy I found this shampoo for her!
