Looking for something colorful and unique? Try the Bumblebee Goby! It's easy to see how they received their name by all their color markings. They have a small size of about 1.5" and are a great recommendation for both new and experienced hobbyists. This goby can be put in just about any aquarium with the exception of ones with aggressive tank mates. The Bumblebee Goby prefers planted tanks with strong filtrations, but will still be happy without plants and in small aquariums as long as there is plenty of hiding places. This goby prefers a habitat without strong waterflow and sandy substrates. They will eat just about anything you offer them, but it is best to offer a variety of meaty frozen food and flake food small enough to fit in their mouths.

ACCLIMATION: Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. For new aquariums, adding new fish slowly helps to properly develop the nitrogen cycle, which creates a safe environment for your aquatic pets. A bacteria booster may also help develop a new aquarium for your new fish. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried, and frozen food, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller, unfiltered aquariums.

We recently bought a Betta from a chain store pet shop. He is currently in a 10 gallon tank with a heater. He’s been eating and swimming around, acting fine. The first day we had him I noticed this bump. (Didn’t notice in the petstore but hard to see in those cups they keep them in) Here’s a side shot. Looks like one tiny fluid filled bump, size of a scale. Any ideas?
My Cory catfish has developed a weird bubble on it’s gill and I can’t find any information about it
I just purchased a baby leopard gecko from petco. I noticed it was the smallest of all of them and occasionally it will shake its legs individually like thumper... what could this be ? It eats really good!
I just received Spooky in place of a different algae eater that I had. Spooky is a baby. And is a bristle nose algae eater. And I'm not very sure on the way on how to care for this fella very well yet. I am talking to a breeder about the little one. And it's to young to know gender too. Please help me learn what it needs.

I have two male fish guppies. One of them seems to have like a wired black spot on its belly (in the middle of its body). Is this normal? Could it be a disease? Any cure to this? I’m worried. Also it has a little bit of white on its tail :(

It’s about my guppie. I have had them for about 6 months and I just noticed today that one of the guppies has bumps on its tail and dorsal fin. I’m not sure if there is anything I can do about it? They are on both sides of the tail and top middle of fin.
