My dog ate a small rug placer that helps the to stop moving around a lot I'm not sure if it's dangerous or not to him and Loki is a medium sized dog.

Loki was fine earlier, vomited 3 times within approx 30 minutes. First vomit contained a small amount of food, just liquid after. Did not smell like bile. Cries when picked up or even touched below shoulders. This behavior is completely abnormal. Was neutered on 22nd and given vax required. 10 months old, 13# Also dewormed. I'm post op with SI fusion, totally immobile. No car, no money. What can I do beyond observation right now? And thanks in advance.

I’m so tired of loki at the moment. He’s over he top all the time and he can’t be around other dogs because he’ll just straight up attack them to assert his dominance, he breaks in and eats the cats poop, scratches on doors, is very possessive of me and growls when I even hug my boyfriend, steals food off tables, chews up my underwear and makeup brushes. I used to have a close relationship with him but now it’s getting hard. How do I improve this? I could never give him away I made a commitment.
I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
Loki isn’t very well socialised with other dogs and is very socially awkward/anxious. I’m moving in with my boyfriend soon and he has a friendly Smithfield, and two small older dogs that are well socalised. What would be the best possible way for them to meet eachother at the new house initially? I was thinking about leaving his face harness on and using it as a muzzle just in case things get out of hand.
