Bronze Puffer is an adorable freshwater pufferfish. This puffer has the max size of 4.5 inch, so they should be the only species of fish in the aquarium. They have a sleeker and streamlined body shape compared to other freshwater pufferfish. The Bronze Puffer prefers a brackish environment. They should be fed a diet consisting of brine shrimp, krill and/or mollusks. Males can be very territorial so it is suggested to only have one per aquarium. Be sure not to add any invertebrates because they will become a meal. To keep the puffer's beak healthy and short, be sure to feed it crunchy foods.

ACCLIMATION: Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. For new aquariums, adding new fish slowly helps to properly develop the nitrogen cycle, which creates a safe environment for your aquatic pets. A bacteria booster may also help develop a new aquarium for your new fish. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried, and frozen food, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller, unfiltered aquariums.

My goldfish appears bloated
I have a freshwater pufferfish and he isn’t eating the fish flakes like the other 6 fish in the tank (red tail shark, clown loach, and tetras). Do they need to be fed live or frozen food? He also butts into the aquarium walls here and there. Is this caused because of stress or anxiety? If so how can I fix that as well.
I have a green spotted puffer. I was wondering if it could be happy with an algae eating fish in brackish water?
Looking for some cool fishes to accompany a goldfish in a 5 gallon tank. Please help Jameson (my fish) beat his case of loneliness!! We appreciate the weird and quirky looking ones! Help!
Hi, My fish has white spot which is expanding. It also has something around mouth. Spot looks white with small dots in it. I thought it is an ich outbreak. Currently tank is treated with Sera omnipur (30% of recommended dose). It is big pufferfish. thanks for your help Nikola
My goldfishh is becoming white and is being lazy and staying in the middle of the tank

My fish lived outside during the summer eating alge out of our pond. Now it's inside for the winter but it has developed a white growth on its forehead
Hi, so I got a green spotted puffer from Walmart about a month ago but recently I noticed how his stomach goes a spotted dark gray but as soon as I pay attention to him it turns white yet when I stop and leave then come back it's grey again. I just don't understand if he's sick or not?
Does a orange belly in a fish mean she is pregnant and there is two male goldfish with her
