[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Pupstrami Surprise! Treat Puzzle, as a free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for my honest review. Firstly, it helped slow my pup down from scarfing down his meal. It's ready to use right out of the box- right after a quick sanitizing wash. The puzzle has 4 levels that spin a full 360 degrees with 4 small food compartments on each. The compartments are perfect for treats or small breed food. For easier access, but still fun for your pup, you can set it up with the compartments already open. For a more challenging puzzle, you can close the compartments, leaving the sandwich stacked so the treats are concealed. We went this route. He quickly realized he could access the treat compartments by spinning each level with his nose. He still scarfed but not as vigorously because he had to take time to get into each level. The toy did unfortunately wobble and almost flip over a couple of times, which had some "free" food flying out. My guy is 15lbs and used his nose pretty lightly so I'm not sure how this would hold up for a large dog. He adapted quickly though, by placing his paw on top of the toy to hold it down while he finished up the other 2 levels. All in all, it's a great way to break up the monotony of meal or treat time.

I watched her move the different pieces around with her nose for almost 15 minutes straight as she tried to navigate how to reach her treats. This was such a fun way to get her to take her daily probiotics and hip and joint supplements. Having her search for treats kept her distracted enough that I could clip her nails which she normally fights me on so this was an absolute WIN of a product. My other dog also really enjoyed it but was mostly confused by the movement it makes when you push it around but he still managed to get all the treats as well.

I filled it with small treats and he got the hang of it right away. He now asks for his new treat toy every day. The only downfall is I wish it suctioned better to the floor as my smart guy has learned to flip it on its side to get the treats out faster.

It's kind of big and bulky and I really thought my dogs would have zero interest in it, even with treats inside it. Boy was I wrong! Both of my dogs LOVED this thing! I have a senior gal that doesn't do too much, but this toy got her up and active! She really did play with it until she found ALL the treats. The toy spins easily and is sturdy. They weren't able to access the treats immediately (which is what you want) but with a little bit of playing, they'd get a nice little surprise. This is a fantastic toy for dogs with boredom issues! I was very surprised! Thanks for a fantastic product!
